Our Litigation team has 5 lawyers and Alina is the head of the department.

Languages: English, French, Italian and Romanian
Alina is part of our team since 2014 and she gained strong experience in private equity, fundraising, and M&A transactions. She coordinates our Litigation department.
She advises entrepreneurs and investors going through an investment, and helps them structuring and achieving their projects.
Alina also provides assistance to companies in their day to day corporate and commercial activities.
