Liliana is part of our team since 2024 and has solid experience in Litigation. She also has extensive experience in debt recovery and insolvency law.
She leads a team of 5 lawyers specialized in litigation, a team that assists and represents clients in disputes related to shareholding and other corporate conflicts, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Our litigation department provides full litigation and arbitration services for both multinational corporations and SMEs, with activities in the largest economic sectors.
Liliana assists local and international corporations, as well as large and medium-sized companies, in all stages of a company’s life. She drafts and develops strong strategies aimed at the best interests of the client and provides optimal solutions designed to anticipate and prevent any potentially unfavorable course of action.
She has worked on and managed civil, corporate, and commercial (insolvency/bankruptcy) cases for clients from various industries, including utilities (electricity and natural gas), telecommunications (telephone and telecom), healthcare service providers, transportation services, banks, and, last but not least, cross-border cases.
With 16 years of experience as a lawyer, Liliana assists and represents clients in all procedural stages, in matters such as commercial and civil law.
